COVID 19 Delays

Most shipments take 4-9 days for most items. Please note that embroidered items can take 2-7 business days due to COVID. Please bear with us during this time. We are trying our best to work with fulfillment in this time. 

Return Policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order.

You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

Discounted items or items that used a discount code  are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging.

Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

Refunds are processed within 72 hours. 

Replacement/Exchanges are subject to shipping and can take 30 days. 

A restocking fee of 10% will be deducted for any items being returned that are over $50.00.
